If you are an animal friendly person, group, business, or organization, you can share on our website a brief description of what collaborations you are seeking, what goods or services you are offering or seeking, what you do or want to do to for animals, and where people can find more information about you.

1. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties, hackers, or cybercriminals will not be able to breach our security and access, improperly collect, steal, or modify any information, including your information.

1. You agree that you will read and agree to the Terms and Conditions before contacting We Work for Animals LLC to place an advertisement or content.

2. You agree any advertisement or content you submit will only have personal information about yourself and no other person.

3. The advertisement or content you submit to We Work for Animals LLC can only include personal information:

a. Which is already public information currently available on the internet;

b. Personal information which is tied to the same proposed collaboration, products or services you have currently on the internet.

3. If the personal information tied to the same proposed collaboration, products or services you have on the internet is removed from the internet, you will notify us to have your advertisement modified or removed from our website.

4. Your advertisement or content cannot compare your collaborations, products, or services to other peoples’ collaborations, products and services.

5. Your advertisement cannot include information that is known as sensitive information.

6. The link in your advertisement or content to a web page will need to be an https URL.

7. The personal information you can include in your advertisement or content is limited to:

a. Your Name;

b. Your website address;

c. An e-mail address;

d. Your Facebook address;

e. Other established social media site addresses with approval.

8. With the submission of your advertisement or content, you must indicate where on the internet We Work for Animals LLC can confirm the personal information included with your advertisement or content is tied to the same proposed collaboration, products or services you have on the internet.

9. Some places you can show your personal information included with you advertisement or content is tied to the same proposed collaboration, products or services you have on the internet can include:

a. Your established Facebook page;

b. Your established website;

c. Other established social media sites with approval.

10. If the personal information you would like to include in your advertisement or content is not public information currently available on the internet, which is tied to the same proposed collaboration, products or services you would like to include in your advertisement or content, then your advertisement or content cannot include any personal information other than an e-mail address with no personal information contained therein.

11. You understand that We Work for Animals LLC reserves the right not to place, or remove, any advertisement or content on our website that we feel is a risk to our business or others and we may ask you to resubmit the advertisement or content with adjustments that address our concerns.

6. Expectations and Refunds

We Work for Animals LLC charges a fee to place your advertisement on our website. At times, we may offer to place advertisements for Animal Friendly nonprofits or other Animal Friendlies on our website free of charge. Charging a fee to place advertisements on our website is how we sustain We Work for Animals LLC. If we put your advertisement on our website:

a. We will do our best to keep your advertisement up on the internet uninterrupted but we cannot guarantee any downtime;

b. We hope your advertisement on our website brings good results, but we cannot guarantee any results;

c. You can withdraw your advertisement and request a refund for the first two weeks (14 days) after we place your advertisement on our website;

d. You must inform us of your decision to withdraw your advertisement and request a refund by sending us an e-mail from the e-mail address you used to send us your advertisement before the 14 day expiration;

e. Your refund will be through the payment processor we use which is currently PayPal.

7. Links in Advertisements

1. Our website may contain advertisements and content with links to other websites not under the control of We Work for Animals LLC.

2. We Work for Animals LLC has not reviewed all of the websites linked from our website.

3. We do not monitor the content of other party’s websites website linked from our website.

4. We do not necessarily share the opinions or endorse the products, services, or content within a website linked from our website.

5. We Work for Animals LLC is not responsible for privacy practices or content any website linked from our website.

8. Some Commitments We Need

1. You agree:

a. You will use your real name or the name you’re known as;

b. Yow will only submit an advertisement about yourself, your goods or your services;

c. You will provide accurate information about yourself, your products, or your services;

d. There is no partnership that exists between you and We Work for Animals LLC as a result of your use of our website or our services;

For any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, our aggregate liability to you, arising out of or related to our website or services we provide, will not exceed the lesser of $100 or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months before the cause of action except to the extent any additional contract between you and us expressly states otherwise. For California residents, you agree to waive California Civil Code § 1542, which says: A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.

15. Resolving Disputes

1. Resolving dispute through informal Negotiations

a. You and We Work for Animals LLC agree that either you or We Work for Animals LLC will first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating litigation.

b. Informal negotiations will begin with a written notice from either you or We Work for Animals LLC to the other Party.

2. Resolving disputes in a Court of Law

a. You agree that any claim you have with We Work for Animals LLC will be resolved exclusively in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina or a state court located in Mecklenburg County.

b. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina or a state court located in Mecklenburg County for the purpose of litigating any claims.

c. You agree the laws of the State of North Carolina will govern these Terms and any claims, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

d. You agree that, in its sole discretion, We Work for Animals LLC may bring any claim, cause of action, or dispute we have against you in any competent court in the country in which you reside that has jurisdiction over the claim.

16. Third-Party Claims, Cause of Actions, or Disputes

If anyone brings a third-party claim, cause of action, or dispute against us related to any of your actions, information, content, collaborations, products, or services, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) related to any such claim, cause of action, or dispute.
